Procedure for Online Enrolment

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ENROLMENT FOR STUDENTS (TERTIARY LEVEL) FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023

 

We have online enlistment, BUT IF you are a NEW student, it is best that you come in person so that you can submit the necessary requirements for new students. Please bring the following admission requirements:

 

 FRESHMEM/FRESHWOMEN

  1. Original Form 138 (Report Card)
  2. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  4. Clear copy of Marriage Certificate (for married female)
  5. Two 2”x2” ID pictures
  6. Three window envelopes with postages stamps
  7. Two long folders
  8. Freshmen/women who did not enter College immediately after graduation from high school must submit a certification from their High School Principal that Form 137 was not issued to any school previous to NCC.

 

TRANSFEREES

  1. Original Transfer credentials from the School where the student enrolled/graduated
  2. Scholastic record/Evaluation form/OTR
  3. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (for transferees only)
  4. Clear copy of Marriage Certificate (for married female)
  5. Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  6. Two 2”x2” ID pictures
  7. Three window envelopes with postages stamps
  8. Two long folders

 

 ONLINE REGISTRATION

  1. Complete the registration process online. The link for the online registration is in the official website.
  2. Pay the fixed minimum down payment depending on your course to NCC’s BPI account with the following details:

  1. Email scanned validated deposit slip along with a note on (a) name, (b) purpose of payment and (c) breakdown of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. Email scanned 2x2 ID picture and electronic signature to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for the printing of your school Identification card (ID).
  3. Once you have accomplished steps 1-4, the Registrar will send your registration form stamped “paid” and “enrolled”.
