🎓 How to Apply for Admission
Follow the steps below to complete your application using the NCC Online Admission System (SIAS).

Step 1: Start Your Application
When the page opens, you will see the Apply for Admission on the screen.
✔ If you are a new applicant, check the box labeled “New application.”
✔ If you already have a Control Number, enter it in the Control No. field to:
- Check approval status
- View exam results
- Retrieve your Login ID & Password
Step 2: Fill Out Personal Data
Complete all required fields under Personal Data, including:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name (if applicable)
- Name Extension (Jr., Sr., III, etc.)
- Sex
- Civil Status
- Religion
- Date of Birth
- Birth Place
⚠ Important: Make sure all information matches your official documents (e.g., PSA Birth Certificate, School Records).
Step 3: Enter Your Home Address
Provide your complete and accurate address:
- Country
- Region
- Province
- Municipality / City
- Barangay
- Street
- Foreign Address (if applicable)
Ensure your address is correct for proper record verification.
Step 4: Provide Contact Information
Enter your active contact details:
- Telephone Number (if available)
- Cellphone Number
- Email Address
📌 Use a valid and active email address.
Important updates, announcements, and notifications will be sent to your email.
Step 5: Complete Family Background & Medical Information
Fill in the required details under:
👨👩👧 Family Background
- Father’s Full Name, Occupation, and Annual Income
- Mother’s Maiden Name, Occupation, and Annual Income
- Guardian (if applicable)
🏥 Medical Information
- Indicate if you have any health concerns
- Specify details if applicable
Provide accurate information to assist the school in student support and records.
Step 6: Enter Admission Data
Under Admission Data, complete the following:
- Admission For (e.g., College, Senior High School)
- Student Classification (e.g., New, Transferee)
- Name and Address of Last School Attended
- Strand (for SHS applicants)
- Year Graduated
- General Weighted Average (GWA)
- Preferred Course
- Second and Third Course (optional)
- Campus
⚠ Do NOT abbreviate the name of your previous school.
Step 7: Review and Confirm
Before clicking Update / Submit, make sure to:
✔ Double-check all information
✔ Ensure names are spelled correctly
✔ Confirm your contact details
✔ Check the confirmation box stating the information is correct
After Submission
Once successfully submitted, you will receive a Control Number.
🔐 Keep this number safe.
You will use it to:
- Log in to the system
- Check application approval
- View exam results
- Access your login credentials
To access your application again, simply enter your Control Number in the portal.
