A world-class blend of heavenly voices singing Christian hymns and classical songs filled the New NCC Auditorium when the world-renowned Manila Concert Choir (MCC) graciously serenaded the whole NCC community and prominent Laoag City residents who appreciate beautiful music.

The NCC Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers, Student Affairs (OSA) director, Mr. Hilario Almo, and CTE faculty member, Mr. Jefrey Jovellanos, collectively conceptualized an indigenous and culturally-inspired float which was paraded around Laoag City along with other float entries in the recently Pamulinawen Festival Grand Parade held in the afternoon of February 9, 2011.
