An applicant for admission to the master's or a doctoral program must be a holder of an appropriate bachelor's or master's degree, respectively.

An applicant whose degree is not in line with the program he/she intends to pursue may be admitted but will be required to take prerequisite courses.

Enrolment Requirements

The following are the requirements for enrolment:

1. Duly accomplished application form.

2. Authenticated transcript of records (checked against the original).

3. Transfer credential or honorable dismissal from the least school attended.

4. General weighted average of 2.5 of better in the BS program for master's and 1.75 or better in the master's for doctoral program.

5. Study permit for those who are presently employed.

6. Two 2" x 2" colored ID pictures.

7. Xerox copies of the National Statistics Office birth certificate and marriage certificate (for females only).

8. Passed the Graduate School Entrance Examination.

A student on temporary status must obtain a general point average of at least 1.75 for the master's and 1.5 for the doctoral level within the first two semesters of residence, otherwise he/she shall be automatically disqualified in continuing the degree.

The minimum rating for graduate credit is 2.0. If a student consistently incurs a failing grade in one school year, or three lapsed incomplete grades in any one or two semesters, this shall be enough ground to disqualify him/her from pursuing the degree.
