    NCC admits five types of students:

• regular
• irregular
• cross-enrollees
• special
• foreign students

    Each type follows different sets of enrolment rules and procedures.  Students come as far as Cabugao, Ilocos Sur in the south, Sta. Teresita and Sta. Ana, Cagayan in the north, Kalinga, Apayao and interior towns of Abra in the east, all municipalities of Ilocos Norte, including some who were born in the United States but have Filipino roots. The rules on attendance, academic discipline and misconduct are strictly followed. 

    The school offers academic and entrance scholarships as well as discounts for children of faculty and pastors.
